Poor quality question for 2 reasons..
1) the choices are in no order. Any reliable source on GMAT would place the choices in order.
2) 15% of all graduates means 15% of total so 15% of 800 = 120. but breakdown of these 120 is NOT given.
so we know 400 are male graduates and 400 are female graduates. Apart from this, we know 120 start their own business.
Data insufficient to answer - "How many women graduates will NOT set up their own business"

All grads: 800
Half are women: 400 W
We've already split the population in half, so
W who WILL own a business = 15 percent: (0.15*400) = 60
W who will NOT own a business: (400 - 60) = 340
Or: (1/2 grads) * (percent not B) * (all grads)
(0.5 * 0.85 * 800)= 340
Answer D
