I'm trying to structure my studying, and I'm overwhelmed by the quantity of information in the forum. It's proven difficult to sift through the many threads.
I came across several threads that contain question sets on the forum, and I'm aware there are threads for most (if not all) OG questions with solutions and explanation.
How should I make best use of these resources?
I went through the MPrep books: All the Verbal, All the Quant and the Integrated Reasoning and Essay books.
Now I started the OG diagnostic test. After that, how should I go about going through the OG questions?
I read some feedback on this forum that said to not just go through all the problems sequentially because that's not how I'm going to solve them during the test.
Should I just be doing tests moving forward?
I'm hoping to take the test as soon as the in-person testing resumes, but I'm aiming to be ready in the next 4 weeks in case I have to take the online one.
Edit: Is searching for the text of the OG questions using the forum search the fastest way to find the thread with the solution? Is there some kind of index thread?

Hi newdimension,
Since it sounds like you've put in some significant study time already, but you have not taken any practice CATs/mocks, you should plan to take a CAT sometime soon (perhaps this weekend). If you're certain that you want to take the Official GMAT within the next 4 weeks, then you will almost certainly be taking the At-home Exam, so you should plan to take your practice CATs under the same parameters (use an online notepad - not handheld notes, take the sections Q/V/IR in that order with no 'break' until after the Verbal section, etc.). Once you have your Score, you should post back here (or you can feel free to PM me directly) and we can discuss the results and how you might best proceed with your studies.
Before I can offer you any additional advice for your studies, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
1) How long have you studied? How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) What is your overall goal score?
3) Is there a particular reason why you want/need to take the GMAT in 4 weeks?
4) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
