We would like to increase participation in this International MBA Forum. We are looking for suggestions how to bring additional members and would like to reach out to the existing active participants:
1. How did you hear about GMAT Club? Was there another forum/blog/area that you saw our link at? Or is there a website we should get our link to?
2. What can we do to make this forum more appealing to you and other international MBA applicants?

There might just not be the broad interest. The US Programs are many while the international programs are few, and small. LBS and Insead are the biggest programs....but then Oxbridge, IMD, the Spanish schools....all pretty small.
If you also look at the US forum, it is filled to the brim with international applicants which pretty much reinforces it.
Although participation seems low in this forum, it is active among the members who apply to the programs: greenoak, buffdaddy, bsd_lover, bokke, etc. I think once the programs attract larger numbers of applicants this forum will have more members.

Another way to cut the cake is to have the "international forum" to be for people who want to converse in a language other than English. Or for people who want to talk about country-specific issues (i.e. Indians and visa issues, cost of living adjustments, etc.).
Not sure if this forum supports Chinese characters: 我會寫中文字。(if you can see the chinese characters, then it does I suppose).
The big segment that is missing from the "MBA discussion boards" are the east Asians - Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. For the Chinese, the only site out there really is "Chasedream.com" so there's always room for more. My guess is if you open it up for those segments, you'll see more traffic to this section.
Or have the international forums dedicated to issues that relate to "international" students (whether they are Americans in Europe, non-Americans in the US, etc.) -- work visa issues and the MBA, cost of living, careers, etc.
