Here is a short list of profile fields you might want to change: A. Schools and GMAT Score ( User Control Panel -> Options -> Profile ) If you are already applying to Business Schools, you are welcome to let other members know what are those schools and what is the status of your applications. You might want to use coloring (t74316-what-are-the-school-colors-and-how-to-change-them). Staying Updated We are doing our best to keep you updated on recent GMAT Club changes. Here are some ways to receive updates: A. RSS Feeds - create_syndication.php Here you can get an RSS feed of any forum from our board and then use it in your favorite RSS reader. You have an option of getting a feed of user's posts too. There are many users who post very valuable info on a regular basis and you might want to subscribe to their posts in the forum of your interest. To do so, you will need to put the author's user name in the "Author" field, click the forum you are interested in and click the "get the feed" button. You will be taken to a page where you can subscribe this feed using your RSS reader. B. Subscription to a Forum To be notified when a new thread is posted in the forum, go to the forum of your choice and find the "Subscribe forum" link below the forum title. subscribe_forum.png C. Subscription to a Thread To be notified when a reply is posted within a thread you would like to watch, go to the thread you need and find a "Subscribe topic" link below the thread (topic) title. subscribe_topic.png D. Notify When a Reply is Posted (User Control Panel -> Options -> Board Preferences -> Edit posting defaults) Topic reply notifications are enabled by default. It means that you will receive e-mail notifications each time a reply is posted in a thread where you previously posted or you are subscribed to. You can change this setting in each of the individual posts you have made or in your control panel. reply_notification.png E. View New Posts You can view the most recent posts across all board by clicking the "View new posts" link in any forum page. view_new_posts.png F. Subforums Don't miss the subforums that we have under some of the larger forums. For example, the GMAT forum has two subforums ("Reviews" and "GMAT Knowledge Vault"). You can find a list of all subforums under the forum description. Forums that contain subforums inside have a different image on the left (notice a little folder image). Report an inappropriate post If you notice a spam message or any inappropriate post, let a forum moderator or a board administrator know about it via a PM or e-mail. B. Ignore other posts/foe list You can ignore other user's posts if you add a user name to your foe list (User Control Panel -> Friends & Foes -> Manage foes). foes_list.png 5. Posting Mathematical Expressions - writing-mathematical-symbols-in-posts-79643.html It might be very useful for GMAT takers as they will be able to post any mathematical formulas/expressions in the forum that would look nice. If you post these expressions in the forum, please make sure you don't forget to enclose it in the [m][/m] tag available from the formatting bar (just under the "Bold" button). Difficulty is subjective and there is no way to accurately measure it really. The original poster or other members can adjust it but it depends on the perception of the poster really...

I wonder if there is a setting where you can limit the number of e-mails you get from a thread that you have posted in to just an e-mail a day? As opposed to getting an e-mail everytime there is a new response?

You are asking if there is a way to see "A", "B" etc?

Right now it shows correct or incorrect most users prefer this approach since it allows them to retake the questions without knowing or seeing the correct answer.

Yes bb. If the original option that I chose while attempting the question is visible, I would be able to keep track of repeat mistakes. Also, if I make a mistake in a question that I previously answered correct, I would know that the first time was a fluke and that I still need more practice on the concept. I know I can use an error log, but workbook is an amazing integrated feature and I think it would be nice to have the error or answer log in the same tool. Is it possible to have a hide-able column? An option to hide would allow the users to view the column only when they want to. Or, a feature that would display the last three answer choices in chronological order on hovering the mouse on the red-green square boxes. Also, like how it is done in GmatPrep can we have a 'mark for review' option in the question tool - to review a correctly answered tough question later? I am sorry if I am suggesting too many things
