This is really helpful! I completely agree that smart studying and time management make a big difference. Breaking goals into smaller targets and regular revision have been key for me too. Do you have any specific tips for improving retention, especially for tough subjects?

If im being honest everytime i have made a study plan i never ever followed it. So no im not saying dont make a study plan but rather make a super realistic one one that you can actually follow. How i did was that i made mini study plans. So in the morning i would set out certain things i want to do for the day and that too in order and try my best to complete the task i aimed to finished.

Can see this helping people who feel they have a tendency to procrastinate. If specific tasks are written down in the morning to be completed during the day (e.g. complete a mock by noon, etc.), they may be less inclined to let things slide into the next.
