Hey guys what are your advises to reduce these kind of errors?

Nothing can be more frustrating than making silly mistakes, just because you were distracted.

I say so based on my own experience, when I was solving questions while at work (I do hope my employer will not see this message :) ). Nonetheless, solving questions in a relatively noisy environment, might help on the actual test.

First thing to understand is - are you becoming "distracted" because you don't like the topic? because you might not know how to approach the question? It might sound silly, but for some reason, I always get distracted when seeing probability and combinatorics questions in front of me :D
