I HAVE APPEARED FOR THE TEST 5 TIMES AND I HAVE EXHAUSTED ALL THE MATERIAL, MANHATTAN, VERITAS, AND OFFICIAL PRACTICE TESTS. I AM NOT IMPROVING BEYOND 680. WHAT SHOULD DO?

Definitely you should try something different. Try Empower GMAT, Target Test Prep(Quant only, though),Use Aristotle books for verbal.
Also, would like to share that Prep4GMAT (Ready4GMAT) has impressed me a lot with the high quality of their questions: both quant and verbal, but essentially verbal.
Whatever you do, do with a fresh mind. Take a week's break - without absolutely ny touch to GMAT material or GMAT discussion. .

Hi
Since you have exhausted all the material but still not able to achieve your target score, I think you have to try a different approach in solving questions. I would suggest to enroll for an online course or a classroom course. There are many online courses and some of them have very good reviews on the Gmatclub. Ensure to take free trial before you enroll in any of them. For further practice in Quant, I would suggest to opt for the Gmatclub tests. They are exhaustive and will help you to reach a Q 50/51. Also, you should buy the Gmatprep tests. They are the closest to the actual test and will help you gauge your exact level. Hope it helps.
