MBAspirant05 I would also like to add here that the conversion statistics for female candidates are somewhat different and on the higher side. If there are two candidates with very similar profiles, one of whom is a woman, she is favored to balance the gender ratio in the class. This does not mean that INSEAD would compromise on the selection criteria when it comes to women from overrepresented populations. I am just saying that when it comes down to pure statistics when filling spots among similarly positioned applicants, preference is given to female or gender diverse applicants. Many male applicants I have talked to recently try to sweep the importance of a high GMAT under the rug and still want to apply to INSEAD with an average score. I just want to be completely honest and say that unless you are a very special candidate, you could be outperformed by a female applicant.

Okay! Understood. Finally, I have emailed my interviewers today to set up the interviews (Jan 25 intake). How many days should I wait with no reply to contact AO and apprise them of the same? Just asking incase that situation comes up. Also, do you offer interview help for INSEAD as well? Thanks.

MBAspirant05 yes you can connect with me directly. I recall having spoken at length with you about your waitlist earlier (think you worked in Hongkong). In any case feel free to discuss the updates in your application and about the interview preparation.

Best wishes
