Hi, I had cancelled my forum quiz subscription prior to automatic billing but still the amout got deducted. Can you please look into it as my subscription was supposed to be renewed on January 3, 2024 but I cancelled it on January 2 (IST) and still I got a message today that the amount has been deducted whereas i had already cancelled my subscription.
