How to stop GMATCLUB Forum Quiz Subscription?

Question

I had previously taken the subscription but I want to discontinue now as I have my GMAT in next week. Today without any intimation another 5$ were charged for the forum quiz subscription. That is not the issue. I understand how subscriptions work. The issue is I'm just not able to locate the cancel button for GMATCLUB Forum Quiz Subscription. I have spent past 1 hour searching for the same.

I had cancelled my gmat forum quiz subscription 3 days ago and even then it's got renewed and the amount has got debited from my account. Please help me with this. I want to cancel and get my refund for this month.

I had taken the GMAT Forum Quiz subscription. I could see that my current subscription renews on 23rd June 2023 6:00 AM (Screenshot attached). However, the amount for the next next month got debited from the credit card today i.e on 21st June 2023.

I wanted to cancel my subscription on 22nd June 2023 as I would be giving my GMAT soon and will not require the quiz anymore. I have now canceled my recurring billing.

Since, I was unaware that the amount would get debited way in advance on 21st June, I request you to please cancel my extended submission and help with the refund of the same.

Your help in this regard will be highly appreciated as I would not be utilising the quiz anymore

Hi. I issued you a refund for the last payment. It will take 5-10 business days to reach you. 
I also see that your subscription charge happened on the 20th of each of the months so it was not a day early but it looks like the system gave you 31 days and that has made it seem like the charge would happen later. 
P.s. you should have received an email about an upcoming renewal. We set settings to email about renewals.

Hi. Your subscription has been canceled and so the cancel button is not possible to see as the result. 
I have also issued you a refund for the last subscription payment because I see you canceled right around the day of subscription renewal.

Hi @bb/@bunuel, I am unable to scroll down the screen when I am attempting the question in forum quiz. 
I want to scroll down because I dont want to see the timer. earlier, it was possible to do so, now it has changed. Can you pls check and confirm if this interface will change or remain same ?

Yes, you won't be able to scroll if the question text fits in the page.

the other issue is when i choose 5 question in SC section, I can ony see '1' as minutes instead of '10'. could you please check ?

how to know if I have successfully unsubscribed from the Forum quiz? It says valid until - " " date.
Shall I get mail acknowledging that I have unsubscribed successfuly? If that is the case, I havent received 
any mail for the same.

Hi. I see that your last payment was on July 18thy and your subscription has been canceled on July 19th and it seems that's why you don't have a button to cancel.

Hi. That's a pretty good question and idea. Unfortunately the billing system we use does not offer this solution but I may be able to set it up separately with a third party plugin.
P.S. On a separate note, your subscription did get canceled it seems. 
Sorry I missed your message. The system does send out emails before you get charged to let you know to cancel.
