Currently, I work for a large bank on the retail banking side, but I'm flirting with the opportunity to changes directions and work with another large bank in Private Wealth Management. I would like to know how I will be affected by the transition if i'm applying in the 1st Round.

You didn't tell how long you have been in your current and how critical it is for you to grab this opportunity that has come your way. If you can justify that this move is key to fulfilling your future goals, go ahead . A move at this time will not be a killer if you can position it well .
