Ohio Fisher has its early round deadline today (18-Oct-2020). All the best.

I am facing issues with creating an account at the website https://fisherosu.force.com/ERx_Forms__Portal_Register

Please let me know if anyone else is facing the same.

Did you try sending them an email or calling them? I don't think you will get a response before Monday US time but you will have proof that you tried to submit your application before the deadline. They may still accept your application as part of Round 1 :)

Nikhil I did apply a week after the Early Action deadline. Because of the technical issue in the application portal, they agreed to consider my application part of Early Action deadline.

However, my IELTS official score report didn't reach them before the document deadline. Hence, I was pushed to Round 1 :(

It depends on whether you are an international applicant or not. Did you check the following information?

INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS
Ohio State's Graduate School requires you to demonstrate English proficiency by taking the TOEFL or the IELTS. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ohio State will also accept the Duolingo English Test in addition to the TOEFL or IELTS for students applying for any term in 2021. (Note: Duolingo has not yet been approved for international applicants applying for 2022 or later.) Click here for additional information on English proficiency requirements, exemptions, and minimum scores.

TOEFL Home Edition and IELTS Indicator test takers: If admitted, you are required to take an English placement exam upon arrival unless you qualify for a TOEFL or IELTS score exemption.

Duolingo test takers: if admitted, you are required to take an ESL Composition Placement Test upon arrival to campus.
