A and B: it seems that human is compared to animal only at acquiring language. “Interpreting the meanings” is not included in this comparison. —> wrong
C: no error
D: no main verb —> wrong
E: lack of parallel between acquiring and interpreting. —> wrong.
Correct answer is C
