Hi Guys...I have been preparing for Gmat from last 45 days.I started my preparation by taking Kaplan Free test.I scored 590.After careful analysis of my mistakes I improved upon my weaknesses (D.S in Quant,CR and RC techniques and SC)Last week I again took a kaplan test,again scored 590.I feel like im stuck.I want to appear for GMAT in Sep'12 end.Is it advisable to go ahead and get a date.Please help me on how to improve in 30 odd days..........

That depends on your target score and by how much you want to improve. Kaplan tests have a reputation for their unforgiving scoring system, so a 590 might not be as bad as you think. Have you taken the GMATPrep yet? That would provide a more accurate indicator of your actual performance.
And which books or materials are you using?
