I got GMAT-ed 380, what are my chances and what should I do?

Firstly, Hello It's nice to meet all of you. I've been a lurker for some time but have decided to come out of my shell to join this community.
I decided to name myself the first score I got after being GMAT-ed in hopes that it will be a name that I can look back on as well as useful to people whom may profile my posts for inspiration. I just hope I won't let you guys down and myself on this journey.

Here are my scores.

IR 3, 25 percentile
Quant 21, 8 percentile
Verbal 22, 30 percentile
Total 380, 10 percentile

Have not received essay score and will update when I get it.

I ran out of time and could not answer maybe 3-4 questions in the end or went for a hasty random selection. I studied for about a month or less using Manhattan guides and I know that was the issue, I didn't study long enough. I was rushing to fill out round 2 graduate applications and thought that if I didn't work I could maybe get a decent score. The good news is I am here now asking for help and realistic goals. Sure I still applied to the schools for the heck of it, I have work experience and an average g.p.a 3.3-4 with an upward trend in my college career, I don't know but if I get in I definitely will let everyone know and what ever else happens that night. I'm optimistic and i've lurked and read the stories here and would love everyone's help.

Here's my goal:
1. Apply to Spring and/or Fall graduate admissions for 2016 for a Master's of Accountancy from a state school in California. Maybe apply to USC if at the end of my journey you guys can make me into a GMAT stud.
2. I am aiming for a 560 at the low end and a 680 at the max end (USC listed average)
3. I plan to look for a job in the meantime and lose weight, I weigh 260 lbs. Will keep those interested updated.
4. My main interests have been in municipal government, not for profit businesses, but definitely a mid and local accounting firm to improve before looking at the others.
5. I was a C (2.2 gpa) average student that went through a case school bullying and long term depression (received counseling for this)
6. I graduated with AA in math and science, came back after my bachelors to see if I would like accounting and got my AA in business administration. All introductory business and accounting courses with an A grade except macroeconomics with a B when I first started college and I barely passed Business Calculus (Algebra) with a B by cramming a ton. My bachelors is in Psychology and I enjoyed understanding people, myself, and being aware of our needs. Basically turned my life around, more social and all that good stuff. Did the best I can in college entering with a weak foundation from past experiences I guess.
7. I can still get lazy but after being GMAT-ed I don't think that will happen again.....

I neither hate or enjoy mathematics but do have a few intro hard sciences under my belt with B's C's. And yes it was difficult finding a job with a psychology ba but I was able to find work in a law office, city municipal, retail, and tech jobs for some while. Being paid bare minimum was frustrating and I really wanted to make a change in others lives, I didn't feel like I was where I needed to be to make a meaningful contribution. I decided an "advanced" profession in psychology was not the right fit for me after a while. Hence, I pursued accounting, enjoyed it, and did well in some courses. I've become very passionate about the subjects of accountancy to support organizations and businesses operate to serve people. Accountancy as a career that needs to be practiced with ethics and moral standards was appealing to me. Finding this not so depressing side of business was inspirational, interesting, and fun. Anyways......

What are my chances from 380 to a 680 640 by August 2015 of this years earliest Jan-Feb-March to next year early deadline admission in for a Masters in Accountancy 2016.
Is this reasonable now? I know my first plan definitely wasn't so maybe that's why I'm not all that depressed yet. It was dumb and I learned, so fellas teach me the bible on the GMAT please! What else will be helpful in determining my chances?
