...but decided not to take it because I thought an INSEAD MBA could not guarantee me anything in terms of getting into consulting/banking. I decided to take an econ masters at a good school...
but I never prepared to get into an econ phd in the first place...so i don't know whether this was a stupid decision. Should I have gone for the MBA instead? How good is INSEAD anyway in the global market? And even though some PhD programs are giving me fee waivers for the application, I highly doubt that without a stellar profile, I'd get into a top program. Should I go ahead with an MBA? The cost is immense and I might literally commit suicide if I can't consulting/banking...
The reason I was unable to make it into consulting/banking initially was because my GPA was horrible...which was owed to some very personal struggles...
