I didn't know where to go with this question so I came here. I'm an undergraduate intern with IBM GBS in the CRM division in the public sector. I was wondering if anyone had any information on the chances of getting an offer. Thank you for the help.

In this economy its hard to say (the fact that you got an internship is impressive already). I know my start group at Accenture (I assume the process is similar between GSB and ACN) had several previous year interns and they said almost all the people they knew got full time offers, but that was back in the spring of 07 (my how things have changed since then). I don't want to sound like your parents, but really the best piece of advice I can give is to simply say work as hard as you can, be a positive influence in the office, volunteer for extra opportunities, basically give your management a reason to think they need you next year.
Congrats on your great internship, like I said, at this time you should feel very good about yourself.

It is going to be tough, I work at IBM right now and can tell you they are not brining many people on. You are probably likely to recieve an offer over an outside profesional hire, but don't be surprised if they only try and convert you to a non regular (supplemental employee) or even try and just continue your Co-op...thats what I see most of the time right now.
