It was taken by an Admission committee member. She was friendly and understanding, in short, it was a pleasure to talk.

3. If you can go back in time and change one thing, what would it be?

5. Elevator-pitch to Donald Trump
6. current events and its impact on the world.
7. how was moving to Estonia from India? will there be similar challenges to move to Spain?
8. If you leave everything now and start a business what would it be, what will be investment and business plan
9. How many beer bottles will there be in your city on a Friday-evening?
10. 20 years from now there is an article on you in a magazine. what will be the title and why?
11. what will your friend say about you?
12. what will someone who don;t like you say?

Congrats! that's great news!

I also applied to IE bschool and did my interview three weeks ago. I just haven't heard back from them still.

How long did it take them to get back to you after you'd done the interview?

3 weeks!!. Dude Call the admission officer or Addcom office.

they confirmed in 12 days. ... and normally they don't take 3 weeks to communicate the decision.

Sent her an email instead so that I don't come off as too pushy. Waiting for an answer still... This is taking too long. If you also get an offer from INSEAD, which school will you pick?

I think it's time to be pushy man. Call up. clarify. The people on phone are generally very understanding.
One of my recommendation failed to be submitted. I sent email, when no response in two days, I Called up. they immediately resolved te issue.

regarding INSEAD. I will cross that bridge when I reach there.

I got an answer back saying that people in Madrid are on vacations as it's summer season and that is why it's taking so long. So I really don't know when I'll be hearing back lol. Don't know if it's positive or negative either. What do you think man?

well, at least some response. but It's not normal. generally they respond in 2-3 weeks.
