I have received admit for MBA from both IE Spain and UCD Ireland. Which one is better to choose? I want to go in the Operations manager role and have 4 yrs of experience

IE is a #40 FT program and will help you with your entrepreneurial ambitions. UCD may not be in the FT rankings, but it is a top school in Ireland.
You need to fix your long term goals, and target region, and check the placement data of each school before making a decision.

IE Spain certainly is better known due to the global outlook of the program. However, there may be other factors you would have to take into consideration such as your preferred geography, willingness to learn a new language (in the case of IE Spain), and post MBA goals. IE Spain has a strong network of global recruiters and alumni who would give you access to amazing networking and career opportunities. Deserving operations leaders are in high demand in Europe and with IE's repute and network you should be able to get into roles at tech giants, MNCs or startups.
