Hi guys,
I am planning to apply to some schools in Canada. Most of them require at least IELTS 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 6.5 in any section.
I got overall 7.5 but my speaking section is only 6.0 (Listening 8.0, Reading 8.5, Writing 6.5)
Is there a chance that I can submit that score to the schools or do I have to retake it?

I guess you can apply to the universities that has 6.0 as a minimum for subsections. Applying to the school with a minimum of 6.5 will most likely result in a rejection and wasted application fee.
You have very good scores in reading and listening, so investing more time in speaking and writing will pay off IMO. There are many applicants, and having the score that is above average would be an advantage.
