Interview decision date was supposed to be 25th March - you should have heard from IESE by then. Best to send them a follow up. I heard back from them on 24th.

Thanks, I got invited to interview. I am not sure if negative were also notified - maybe it is a good thing you haven't heard from them yet, perhaps they are still evaluating. Wish you all the best.

I remember in the Kira video the AO says that interviews are not required for the final decision

For the YTP : Could work. I mailed the office that came back to me very quickly and nicely :

- They received ton off applications this year. 
- The final answer will be given by mid-April. 
- They are in the reviewing face still.

Heard back yesterday!! Good news, got invited to the bootcamp! Didn't have to interview though unlike others, don't know if that's good or bad hahahaha. Message me all admits so we can get to know eachother!
