A. 105
B. 168
C. 342 and 6/7
D. 660
E. 1050

Guys I got A....

But OA is ....

Given: 0.7*600=0.4x --> 420=4/10*x --> x=1,050.

Answer: E.

70% of 600 = 420, which is 40% of 1050. Ans (E).

Shortcut here is 7*6 = 420, 42/4 = 10.5.

0.7 * 600 = 0.4 * x

x = 7/4 * 600

the trick is to not even spend time solving this, you automatically know its E because all the other answers are so off
