8 consecutive integers with 6 as fourth term. A = the 8th #.

Option 1 - ascending: 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 where 10 is the 8th term.
Option 2 - descending: 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 where 2 is the 8th term.

A = 2 or 10. --> Option B.

The Sequence can either be 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 or 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2
Therefore the possible values for A can be either 2 or 10
Hence option B is correct.
