Hi All,
This is a relatively straight-forward prompt - and all that you have to do to confirm the correct answer is TEST VALUES.
IF... we have a 7 ounce mixture...
3/7 is alcohol, so there are 3 ounces of alcohol
4/7 is water, so there are 4 ounces of water
The ratio of alcohol to water is 3:4
Final Answer:
