TSA = volume
πr(r+l) = π/3r²h
R+l = rh/3
L = rh/3 -r
L = r(h-3)/3
Option B can be eliminated since it cannot be a Pythagorean triplet.
Solving for L using various values of r and h only option C = 10 satisfies the condition.
L = r(h-3)/3
For L = 10, r,h could be 6 and 8
6(8-3)/3 =10 = L
Condition Satisfied.
