For detail, you can go through the LSAT books available at the forum.
But, in crisp, the solution says..
if A then B, A--> B AND !B=!A
So, if we carry on the chain, then A-->B-->C-->D
And the not chain would be like.. !D-->!C -->!B-->!A

Can we expect these kind of questions in GMAT or this is more of a LSAT question?
