(1) In 15 years, Aisha will be as old as Suki.
(2) 5 years ago, Suki was 4 times older than Aisha.

To find Aishas age

Aisha’s age is exactly a third of Suki’s => A =  \frac{S}{3}  => 3A = S

Statement 1

In 15 years, Aisha will be as old as Suki.

=> A + 15 = S + 15

=> A = S

From question stem we have 3A = S

=> A = S = 0

Statement 1 is sufficient

Statement 2

5 years ago, Suki was 4 times older than Aisha

4(A-5) = S-5

=> 4A = S + 15

=> 4A = 3A + 15

=> A = 15

Statement 2 is sufficient

Hence option D

Statement 1 contradicts the fact given in question stem, unless you consider than both Aisha's and Suki's age in present is 0. But if their age is 0, how are they even named as Aisha and Suki yet?

The question has a problem. When the answer to a DS question is D, the two statements should both lead to the same answer. That is not the case here.
