Assume B = 2; A = 1 --> A/B = 1/2 --> not an integer
Assume B = 2; A = 0 --> A/B = 0 --> integer
Not Sufficient
St2: A and B are not 0.
Assume B = 1; A = 1 --> A/B is an integer
Assume B = 2; A = 1 --> A/B is not an integer
Combining St1 and St2, B > A; A # 0 and B # 0
0 < A/B < 1. Therefore for positive integers A and B, A/B is not an integer
But if A and B are negative, say, B = -2; A = -4 --> A/B is an integer
