­If Y subscribe to the Elite Package Features, do I also get all the adaptive tests from the starter package?

Hi. In short, Yes.

Long answer:
You get a certain number of questions in each package. Starter will have 1325.
Elite will have 200 more, so 1525.

Using these questions, you can build various practice tests. You can build sectional or full or custom tests. Each test uses questions and as you use questions, the number remaining test gets reduced.
