C

Statement (I) may not be always true, e.g. when n =9, 6n+1 = 55
Statement (II) may not be always true, e.g. when n = 9, 4n+3 = 39
Statement (III) is always true because 2 is the ONLY prime that is even number. For 2 primes to be consecutive, you need one even and one odd. Hence C is your answer.
