If p and q are non-zero integers and |p| + |q| = 25, what is pq?
(1) 2p - 8q = 0......2p=8q....p=4q.
Thus, |4q|+|q|=25, thus q can be -5 or 5.
If q is -5, p=4*(-5)=-20 and pq=100.
If q=5, p=4*5=20 and pq=5*20=100..
Both times pq is same.
Sufficient.
(2) |p| - |q| = 15
p and q could be (20,5) or (20,-5) and so on..
Thus pq could be 100 or -100.
Insufficient
