(1) r must be greater than 5 and can be any value between 5 and 10. Therefore, rounding to the nearest integer could give any value between 5 and 10. NOT SUFFICIENT.
(2) If s is an integer and is greater than 8 and less than 10, it must be 9. SUFFICIENT.

if r is rounded to the nearest integer the result is s,,then s must be integer...
(1) if r=6.6 then after rounding to nearest ten =>r=10 but s=7
but if r=7.6 then also after rounding to nearest ten =>r=10 but then s=8

(2) as s is integer & range is 8 < s < 10
then s must be 9
