A. they are also--->They is wrong since subject is singular
B. it would also be---> present tense is used in 'if' ,so { if (present),(present) or (future)} format
C. it is also-->correct
D. they will also be---->same as A
E. it would also have been --->same as B

We use "would" in then clause only if the sentence is talking about something in the past.

For "if-then" constructions with "if" clause in present, we need to have "then" clause with "will" or "may" that denotes habit/fact, certainty or possibility.
