First split: If conditional: Second degree: if + past, would + infinitive --> C,D out
Second split: parallel structures: "that use" is not parallel to "equipped" --> B out
Third split: meaning: vehicles are "equipped with", not "equipping with". Ed-participial phrase is the proper structure to emphasize that the car is not the doer. --> E out
