The Q stem tells us that at least ONE of the m,n and k is a multiple of 5..

1) statement I tells us that at least one of m and k is a multiple of 5..
But nothing can be said about which one

2) statement II tells us that m and n are not multiple of 5..
But we know from Q stem that at least one of m, n and k is a multiple of 5, so k has to be multiple of 5..
