Asked: If ||x+3| - 12| < 13, what is the range of x?
||x+3| - 12| < 13
-13 <|x+3| -12 < 13
-1 <0 < |x+3| < 25
-25 < x+3 < 25
-28 < x < 22

Range of x = (-28,22)

IMO C
