From statement 1:

xy=25
If x and y each = 5. Then x is divisible.
If x=1 and y=25. Then no.
Hence insufficient.

From statement 2:

y is divisible by 5. Again y could be 5 or 25.
Insufficient.

Combining both also gives same result.

From stat 1 we can get more than 1 value for the variables for ex- x=1, y= 25 and x=5, and y=5 which can give ans as no as well yes to the problem statement hence no sufficient
In stat 2 no information about x is given hence it is also not sufficient.
Together also same reasoning can be given as in stat 1 hence not sufficient.
E should be the correct choice.
