As this question asks about number properties, we'll look for a Logical approach (without calculation, based on only on the properties in question).

(1) x^3 is not negative means that x is not negative. But is it even or odd?
Insufficient!

(2) So x is either a negative even number or a positive odd number. But which?
Insufficient!

Combined, we know that x is a positive, odd number.
Sufficient!

If x is an integer, is x an odd number?

(1) x^3 is not negative.

Let X = 2 or 0.....Even

Let X =1.............Odd

Insufficient

(2) x is either a negative number or an odd number, but not both.

Let x =-2.......Even

Let x = 1.......ODD

Insufficient

Combine 1 & 2

We can conclude that x is not negative number and so we left with that x is odd number.
