(1) $$(n^2)y = 100$$

(2) n = 5 and y = 4

Remember - Squareroots are always positive....
So $$\sqrt{\frac{x}{y}} = n.............\sqrt{x}=\sqrt{y}*n...........x=n^2y$$..

1) $$n^2y=100$$
Straightway gives the value of x as 100
Suff

2) n=5 and y=4
$$x=n^2y=5^2*4=100$$
Sufficient
