Y can consists of 2's or 3's or both of them and divide 72.. not suff

If Y is an integer, is Y/4 an integer?
(1) 72/Y is an integer.
(2) 81/Y is an integer.

Y/4 = Integer? i.e is Y multiple of 4?
stmt-1 : Y can be 2 or 4 or 6 or 12. insufficient.
stmt-2 : If Y can divide an ODD integer then Y cannot be even. hence Y cannot be a multiple of 4 because that would be even. Sufficient.
B is correct.
