Anyone have thoughts about the MDes/MBA Joint Program at Illinois Institute of Technology between the Institute of Design and Stuart School of Business?
My career goals are:
1. Be able to teach design / visual communications from a more "corporate" perspective at the college level
2. Be able to do consulting work for friends, clients, and nonprofits
3. Develop a few startup companies I have in mind
4. If I do go back into a company I'd like to be in a big company like the marketing department of a military defense contractor or a visual communications specialist for an office in the Federal Gov't
I'm definitely applying to design schools and then came across this MDes/MBA program that sounds really interesting to me.
Anyone have any experience at Stuart School of Business?

I have an interest in this program as well...looking for that balance between a traditional MBA and a degree in design. My background is in software engineering and I'd like to use the degree in design to supplement my development skills. I'm curious how strong the IIT program is in general, as there aren't many options like this at other schools!
