Please help,

I have a query related to my IMD MBA application. My graduation college provides me with detailed mark sheets for each semester (total 8 in number) and Graduation Degree certificate.
But, I am currently not in a position to send the transcript copy by the R4 deadline 1 August, 2012.
Can I send my mark sheets & graduation Degree in place of transcript for accepting my application in R4 ?

I will be able to get transcript after Aug 1.
Kindly reply as soon as possible so that I can send my application in R4.

Normally IMD asks you to send the original mark sheets and Degree, in case you don't have the transcripts. But I believe you wouldn't be comfortable sending the originals via DHL etc.

So just call the admissions office and explain them your situation. Tell them that you will send a copy of your marksheets and degree and would send the official transcripts sometime later. They will be able to start the process with the copies, but would need official transcripts to confirm the interview call.

Hello everyone,

About 3 weeks I received a call from IMD for the interview on august. I chose the august 17th interview, so I hope to see those who will be making the trek to Lausanne for that interview. Hope to learn and share the interview experience with you all!

My profile is as follows: Korean-American/M/31 (32 in August), 7 yrs WE in business development for non profit org./lived and traveled extensively in S America, N America, and Asia. GMAT 640. Q 47 V 32 AWE 5/6.

For those of you have not visited the campus in Lausanne, I highly recommend it because it's a great first hand experience of visualizing yourself as IMD MBA student. Plus they got awesome lunch buffet (leave room for dessert as well :D )

Best wishes to those working on the essays! Took me at least couple of weeks to absorb/understand/complete the essays.

Possible to share your profile and when/where was your assessment day ...
It seems too many waitlisted candidate in R2

This could mean that R3 applicants have tough competition not just from R3, but also waitlisted R2 ....

Wow! Two Indians in already! I am an Indian looking to apply in round 3. I guess I should probably not apply, given that they only take about 2 applicants total from each country!

Yes I heard as well that in interest of diversity , Indians or even other nationalities of IT or Finance background have limited prospects...
But I wonder why those interested in finance or consultancy go to IMD ( just for the brand name ) when IMD is the leader for the manufacturing industry.

Just got a call re interview (R4 applicant). I asked for late Sept and was given Sept 21, 25, or 28 - yet to select which one. I understand there are also alternative dates in early Sept.
