Just rephrasing the questions -
3. Do companies recruit IMD graduates for international offices outside Schenegen countries or native country of the candidate ?
2.Do candidates from Insead Jan intake starts new job ( barring personal preferences) by Feb - Mar next year or are they required to wait and join in July/ Aug along with candidates from other b schools ?
It may sound too calculative but the idea behind this question is to understand the true opportunity cost. Eg if somebody joins any 21-22 month program in Aug 2010, he will start new job in July/ Aug 2012, but if he joins Insead/IMD Jan 2011 and still he's not able to start earning for next 3-5 months after graduating in Dec 2011 for reasons beyond his control, the opportunity cost increases.
1. Do Insead Jan intake cadidates gets internship opportunities in fields besides pre MBA experience ?
Since there are no electives in P1, P2 at Insead, carrer changers must be finding it difficult to get suitable internship opportunity
(the primary differntiator between Jan & Sep intake)

Dude I have no clue about Insead .. may be there's a separate thread for Insead somewhere in this forum .. but to answer your first question - you can check the employment profile of IMD and can see that graduates took up jobs mostly in Switzerland and western Europe. Very few went back to Asia.
