8 rubels = 1 schilling, and 5 schillings = 1 lemuw.
So 5 Schillings = 8*5 = 40 rubels = 1 lemuw.
So 6 lemuw = 40*6 = 240 rubels.
E is the answer.

Required currency:- Rubel

\(6 lemuws * (\frac{5 schllings}{1 lemuw})*(\frac{8 rubels}{1 schlling})\)
=240 rubels

ince 8 rubels = 1 shilling, 40 rubels = 5 schillings.

Since 5 schillings = 1 lemuw, 40 rubels = 1 lemuw.

Thus, 6 lemuw = 6 x 40 = 240 rubels.

Alternate Solution:

6 lemuws are worth 6 x 5 = 30 schillings, and 30 schillings are worth 30 x 8 = 240 rubels.
