Let the number of violets =V
Carnations=C
Tulips =T
Roses =R

V=C/3
T= V/2
R=T

V=2T
=>C/3=2T
=>C=6T
=>T=C/6

V+C+R+T
=C/3 + C + C/6 + C/6
=5/3 C

Percent of flowers in shop that are carnations = C/(5/3C)*100
= 60 percent
