The sequence is this one: n3 = n2 + n1
[1] is not sufficient because:
Knowing that n3 = 2 we can write n3 = n2 + n1 = 2. But we don't have n2 or n1 (which is what we are asked to find).
[2] is not sufficient because:
Knowing that n4 = 3 we can write n4 = n3 + n2. But we don't have n3 or n2.
[1,2] together are sufficient because:
Knowing n3 and n4 we can write n4 = n3 + n2 = 3 --> 2 + n2 = 3 --> n2 = 1.
From that point we can find n1.
