OA is D

2/3rd+1/6th = 5/6th so 1/6th was produces by the rest of the states. So 18x6x2/3 is what Minnesota produces.

total producted 2/3 +1/6 = 5/6
or say 1/6th producing states = 18
x = 18*6 = 108
108 * 2/3 = 72 IMO D
