Take total number of employees = 100.
Total no of male employees = 60.
Total no of female employees = 40.
Total no of male S.B = 25% of 60 = 15.
Total no of female S.B = 30% of 40 = 12.

Ratio, male S.B : female S.B = 15 : 12 = 5 : 4 (B)
