Take total number of employees = 100.
Total number of male employees = 60.
Total number of female employees = 40.
Total number of male S.B = 25% of 60 = 15.
Total number of female S.B = 30% of 40 = 12.
Ratio, male S.B : female S.B = 15 : 12 = 5 : 4
Take total number of employees = 100.
Total number of male employees = 60.
Total number of female employees = 40.
Total number of male S.B = 25% of 60 = 15.
Total number of female S.B = 30% of 40 = 12.

Let us take the total number of employees = 100
60% of employees = Male
Therefore 40% of employees = Female
No of male employees = 60
No of female employees = 40
25% of male employees = 60 * \(\frac{25}{100}\) = 15 male stockbrokers
30% of female employees = 40*\(\frac{30}{100}\) = 12 female stockbrokers
male stockbrokers to female stock brokers = \(\frac{15}{12} \)= 5:4
