let us take the cost of each mobile hundred.
Now for getting 4 mobile, we have to pay 300 only because one mobile is free.
Hence we get the product of 400 in the cost of 300 that means the discount is 100.
So the discount % is 100/400 * 100 = 25%.
The answer is A

I think we are not sure of prices whether all the product prices are same or not...so answer might be E...

Well, the question doesn't say whether the mobile free is as same as the purchase ones, so the infos given are not sufficient to calculate the promotion.
