Let total associates = 100.
30% are second-year associates → 30.
60% are not first-year associates → 60 (these include 30 second-year + those with more than two years).
So, associates with more than two years
=> 60 − 30 = 30.
Answer: C

30% are 2nd year associates, which are included in the 60% that are not first-year associates. Therefore, 60-30 = 30% are neither first year not 2nd year associates.
